The challenge:
Before the project began, 20 Cannon Street faced several security and operational issues:

Triple UKT-26 Speed Gate Turnstile System
Including one wider DDA-compliant lane for accessible entry. These lanes function as glass security turnstiles, providing secure, stylish, and modern access control suitable for a busy corporate environment.
Bespoke Manual Control Console
Allows staff to override, monitor, and control each lane individually when needed, ensuring complete control of access control turnstile gates.
Custom Floorplate System
A tailored solution designed to preserve the existing flooring, eliminating the need for drilling or permanent fixtures.
Infill System
Prevents users from bypassing the turnstiles by walking around the sides.
Paxton Access Control Integration
Paxton ACU door controllers and P50 proximity readers were pre-installed into the turnstile units prior to arrival on-site, streamlining setup.
All installation work took place over the weekend of 15–16 February 2025, ensuring there was no disturbance to normal building operations.
