What Challenge Did HelloFresh Face?
The Derby site struggled with significant movement control issues due to the absence of a structured security turnstile gate system. Employees were able to leave production areas without clocking out, take unmonitored breaks, and move around the site without accurate tracking. With only two sets of double doors offering minimal security, managers had no reliable method of monitoring staff activity or maintaining full visibility.
